Terms of Service
Last updated: May 14, 2026. These Terms govern your use of the BILLING platform operated by BILLING Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BILLING ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter these terms on behalf of your business, and agree to comply with all applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and GST regulations of India.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use BILLING to:
- Create fraudulent invoices or misrepresent GST information
- Engage in money laundering or any financial fraud
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Violate any applicable Indian or international laws
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Free plan features are available indefinitely at no charge
- Paid plans are billed annually in Indian Rupees (INR)
- All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except where required by law
- Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email
- Failed payments will result in downgrade to the Free plan until payment is resolved
5. Intellectual Property
BILLING and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BILLING Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your business data (invoices, parties, inventory) remains your property. We claim no ownership over the data you create using BILLING.
6. Limitation of Liability
BILLING is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BILLING Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, you may download your data within 30 days. After that, your data may be permanently deleted.
8. Contact & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
